- External Processing: PDF compression (via Adobe PDF Services API)
- Account Management: Usage tracking, subscription management
User Accounts & Subscriptions
Account Types:
- Free Account: Limited daily usage, no signup required
- Monthly Subscription ($4.99/month): Enhanced limits and features
- Yearly Subscription ($39.99/year): Unlimited usage for most features
Account Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate email address for account creation
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use the service in accordance with these terms
Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee*

- Request within 7 days of subscription purchase
- Have NOT used PDF compression service
- Account has not violated terms of service
β οΈ Partial Refund (PDF Compression Used):
- Each PDF compression usage costs $0.50
- Refund = Subscription Fee - (PDF Compressions Γ $0.50)
- Example: $4.99 subscription - 3 PDF compressions = $4.99 - $1.50 = $3.49 refund
β No Refund Conditions:
- Request after 7 days
- More than one refund request per account per month
- Violation of terms of service

- Image Cropping: 25 times
- PDF Compression: 5 times
Yearly ($39.99)
- PDF Merge: Unlimited
- Image Compression: Unlimited
- Image Conversion: Unlimited
- Image Cropping: Unlimited
- PDF Compression: 10 times/day
File Size Limits:
- PDF files: Maximum 100MB per file
- Image files: Maximum 20MB per file
- Batch operations: Varies by plan (see pricing page)
Prohibited Activities
- Uploading illegal, copyrighted, or inappropriate content
- Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our services
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Using automated tools to exceed usage limits
- Reselling or redistributing our services
- Processing files containing malware or viruses
- Using the service for commercial purposes without appropriate subscription
Data Security & Privacy
Our Commitments:
- 95% of processing happens locally in your browser
- We do not store your files or file contents
- PDF compression files are automatically deleted after processing
- All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
Your Responsibilities:
- Do not upload sensitive personal information unnecessarily
- Ensure you have rights to process uploaded files
- Use strong passwords for your account
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Third-party service dependencies (Adobe PDF Services)
- Force majeure events beyond our control
- Security incidents requiring immediate action
We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
Payment Terms
Subscription Billing:
- Monthly subscriptions: Billed every 30 days
- Yearly subscriptions: Billed annually
- All prices in USD
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
Payment Processing:
- Payments processed securely via third-party providers
- We do not store credit card information
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings
Disclaimers & Limitations
Service Disclaimers:
- Service provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not responsible for file corruption or loss
- Quality of compression may vary by file type
- External services (Adobe) have their own terms
Limitation of Liability:
- Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid
- Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- User responsible for backing up important files
